We are an expanding soft skills training and consulting company. We are currently in search of a digital marketing strategist to focus on our B2C client segment, specifically our open training programs. The primary objectives for this role involve boosting lead generation, optimizing CustomerJourney and enhancing global brand awareness. This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Drive traffic across all channels with a focus on lead generation.
- Continuously monitor and analyze progress and out comes of marketing activities, using key performance metrics.
- Repurpose content to ensure all channelsβ coverage and that it effectively communicates the value of our products and services.
- Create, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Explore creative methods for enhancing lead generation.
- Optimize the existing Customer Journey Map and track its impact on results.
- Analyze the outcomes of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience within a global context. Prior experience in EdTech or consulting would be an advantage.
- Advanced English proficiency at the C1-C2 level, both in speaking and writing.
- Proficiency in understanding and optimizing theCustomer Journey.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and others.
- Hands-on experience with various social media channels. Basic SEO skills would be an advantage.
- Competence in working with key marketing metrics(CTR, CPA, CPC, CAC, CPL).
- A portfolio of successful case studies or prior projects.
- Ethical approach to marketing.
- A strong interest in topics related to professional and personal growth.
- A suitable candidate is initiative-driven and has a proactive mindset. They are self-disciplined, organized, and an effective, direct communicator. They exhibit analytical thinking skills and are ready to take a creative approach β we love to experiment and are willing to explore new strategies and ideas.
