DevOps Engineer

We are expanding our team and looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our product team on a part-time basis with hourly compensation.

The role involves maintaining and evolving cloud infrastructure and data platforms based on AWS. The position is fully remote with a flexible schedule and potential for long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop AWS infrastructure
• Work with serverless architectures and container-based services
• Support and optimize data pipelines
• Configure and maintain CI/CD processes
• Participate in architectural design and improvements
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security

Cloud / Infrastructure:

• AWS (Lambda, CloudFront, ECS, ALB, EC2)
• VPC, Security Groups, IAM
• Kinesis
• Glue
• Redshift

Data & Analytics:

• Airflow
• Tableau

Development Tools:

• GitHub (repositories, CI/CD)

What We Expect From You:

• 5 years+ experience in DevOps Engineering role in fast-paced commercial project(s)
• Solid hands-on expertise with our Technology stack
• Understanding of serverless and event-driven architectures
• Experience with data pipelines and analytics systems
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
• Good communication skills

Nice To Have:

• Experience with AWS cost optimization
• Experience with high-load or data-intensive systems
• Monitoring, logging, and alerting setup experience
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices
