Data Governance Analyst

What you'll do

• Define and maintain business metrics and KPIs;
• Document data lineage and ensure transparency of flows;
• Maintain and improve the data catalog / data dictionary;
• Design and monitor data quality checks and anomaly alerts;
• Resolve data inconsistencies across systems;
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure reliable, consistent data;
• Contribute to governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Who you are

Requirements

• Solution-oriented mindset;
• Ability to document and standardize metrics, KPIs, and business logic;
• Experience with data catalogs or metadata management tools;
• Understanding of data governance principles, stewardship, and lifecycle management;
• Knowledge of data modeling, lineage, and data quality frameworks;
• Strong SQL and Python for data validation and automation;
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Desirable qualifications

• Knowledge of data privacy/security practices;
• Background in iGaming/fintech;
• Experience with BI tools.
