About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our operations team with critical insights and efficient data handling. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring telecom rates and traffic flows, maintaining and updating key internal files, comparing and analyzing data from multiple sources, and helping to resolve disputes. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone detail-oriented with a strong foundation in telecom and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor traffic flows and analyze reports
- Evaluate and verify partner rate offers for profitability
- Compare datasets from internal tools and external sources
- Identify and collect profitable routing opportunities
- Assist with number range updates and dispute resolution
- Keep rate files and internal data platforms up to date
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS tools; Power BI experience is preferred
- Python Scripting Experience
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Native Russian speaker
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proactive, creative mindset with a desire to learn and improve
- Prior experience in the telecom industry (required)
