What will you be doing?

  • Consulting: Supporting our clients and partners via chat, email, and phone.
  • Problem Solving: Handling inquiries and masterfully managing objections.
  • Community: Moderating our community forum.
  • Tech Collaboration: Interacting with the IT department to report bugs and track fixes.
  • Creativity: Opportunity to participate in various company-wide projects and initiatives.

We are looking for you if:

  • You have 1+ years of experience in customer support, call centers, or sales.
  • Crucial: Your English level is Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • You are a clear communicator, enjoy helping people, and stay calm in any situation.
