- Problem Solving: Handling inquiries and masterfully managing objections.
- Community: Moderating our community forum.
- Tech Collaboration: Interacting with the IT department to report bugs and track fixes.
- Creativity: Opportunity to participate in various company-wide projects and initiatives.
We are looking for you if:
- You have 1+ years of experience in customer support, call centers, or sales.
- Crucial: Your English level is Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- You are a clear communicator, enjoy helping people, and stay calm in any situation.
