What you need to succeed:
- Experience working as a Customer Support Agent
- A love for games and a genuine interest in the gaming industry
- Ability to quickly find solutions in non-standard situations and maintain a high level of service under stressful conditions
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a high level of self-discipline
