We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Performance Specialist to ideate, produce, and optimize direct-response ad creatives that scale digital products across niches like dating, mental health, spirituality, and more. You won’t just write briefs. You’ll bring concepts to life yourself.
Your mission
Lead direct response creative from concept to launch. You’ll own ideation, research, scripting, and hands-on production for ads that power paid social campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with UGC talent, editors, and media buyers to bring concepts to life and iterate quickly based on performance.
This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role.

What you're getting into

Who you are
- Experienced: 2+ years of experience in performance creative or direct-response content creation
- Hands-On Creator: You don’t just ideate - you script, shoot, and edit where needed
- Direct-Response Fluent: You understand the psychology and structure behind conversion-first ads
- Platform Native: You’re fluent in what works (and what doesn’t) on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
- Creative & Analytical: You know how to craft a hook and how to optimize for CTR and ROAS
- Collaborative: You thrive when working with editors, media buyers, and UGC creators
- Fast-Mover: Comfortable working in a test-heavy, iterative environment
What success looks like
- 30 Days: You’ve launched your first batch of creatives and started analyzing early data
- 60 Days: You’ve landed your first winning concept and iterated on new variations
- 90 Days: You’ve built a workflow and are scaling multiple winners profitably
