Now we are looking for a Creative Artist who will drive the full cycle of ad creative production — from generating bold ideas to delivering high-quality static, animated, and video assets optimized for top performance. Your expertise in design, motion, AI tools, and trend-driven storytelling will help us scale user acquisition and create standout content that resonates with millions of players worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Portfolio with examples of work in gaming (static and motion creatives).
  • Ability to work with 2D (Figma, Photoshop).
  • Experience with After Effects.
  • Strong knowledge of editing, composition, and animation.
  • Experience generating content with AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Luma, etc.).
  • Understanding of user acquisition metrics and what influences performance (CTR, CPP, Retention Rate).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new trends and technologies.
  • Independence and responsibility.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in GameDev.
  • Keeping track of trends in advertising and mobile marketing.
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Ability to work with audio editors (Adobe Audition, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end creative production — generate concepts, execute static, animated, or video creatives yourself, and iterate fast.
  • AI-first production mindset — use AI tools (video, image, motion, copy) to boost creative volume and testing speed without compromising quality.
  • Trend research & ideation — stay ahead of what’s working in paid UA (especially in games), and implement insights in creatives’ production.
  • Motion design & animation — confidently produce animated assets and micro-interactions; bonus for 2D/3D capabilities.
  • Platform fluency — optimize creatives for AdsGram, Telegram Ads, TikTok Ads and other advertising platforms.
