About the position
We are looking for an ambitious and communicative Business Development Representative to join our sales team. You will own the next step after initial lead generation β nurturing and qualifying opportunities through meaningful conversations, clarifying client needs, and ensuring alignment with our service offerings.
Your role will include conducting discovery calls, gathering project details, assessing fit, and managing opportunities through early sales stages up to the handover for closing.
This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand complex client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with inbound and outbound leads to understand their business needs and project context.
- Validate opportunities and assess whether Leadex solutions fit the clientβs technical and business objectives.
- Gather and document key details (stakeholders, timelines, budget, decision-making processes).
- Collaborate closely with Technical teams to shape tailored proposals.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and RFP.
- Maintain opportunity data in CRM, ensuring accuracy throughout the pipeline.
- Provide feedback to the SDR team to refine ICP and messaging based on live interactions.
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, presales, or account management, ideally in SaaS / IT services.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and qualification methodologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English C1+).
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate client needs into opportunities.
- Self-motivated, structured, and proactive.
- Familiarity with the Middle East business culture is a plus.
