BI Analyst

We are looking for a skilled BI Analyst to join our core BI team!

In this role, you'll help shape a transparent, reliable, and truly impactful BI infrastructure that supports decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with data engineers to build and maintain core data marts, business metrics, and certified reports — and ensure everything we deliver is accurate, scalable, and user-friendly.If you're passionate about data, have a product-oriented mindset, and care deeply about quality and usability — we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data marts and a semantic layer of business metrics in collaboration with data engineers
• Build reports from scratch: gather requirements, define logic, and create final visualizations in Tableau
• Participate in our internal reporting certification process
• Work with our in-house analytics platform Ocean: design data models, migrate dashboards to unified datasets, and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Improve the user experience of reports and dashboards by developing and implementing design guidelines and standards
• Establish best practices for BI product design, standardization, and quality control
• Contribute to the development of self-service BI capabilities
• Collaborate with domain analysts as both stakeholders and key business partners

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 2+ years of experience in BI or business analytics, with hands-on experience building data marts and dashboards
• Confident in writing SQL (ClickHouse experience is a plus), with a solid understanding of DWH/data mart architecture
• Experience with Tableau (preferred), and a good sense of data visualization and UX principles
• Familiar with documentation tools (we use Notion), Git, and ideally Airflow
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured, product-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Bonus points for experience in game development, mobile analytics, or product analytics
