• Take ownership of the code lifecycle: from ideation and development to testing, maintenance, and enhancement, aligning with our dynamic product roadmap.
• Collaborate and consult with Lead Engineers, Product Managers, and fellow team members to streamline work and achieve collective objectives.
• Champion knowledge sharing, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone's on the same page.
• Showcase initiative and ownership in not just meeting goals, but in enhancing processes and solutions.
• Seek and foster cross-team collaborations, exploring fresh ideas and improvements that propel us toward our mission.

You're the Ideal Candidate if You Have

Solid experience in a software development setting, with a knack for building scalable systems.

• Proficiency in Java or a similar object-oriented language – that's our primary coding language.
• A strong foundation in computer science and engineering principles, including concurrency, multithreading, data structures, and architectural design.
• A collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and a talent for clear, effective dialogue.
• Bonus points if you have experience in implementing or scaling machine learning models in production settings.
