Responsibilities
- SDK LiveSite SRE role: troubleshooting, triaging SEV3 incidents. Addressing TSG automation, Kepler automation, Grafana dashboard gaps.
- Cross SDK language/modes consistency: Framework to validate scenarios across different SDK languages and connection modes. Identify gaps, align with ThinClient mode validation. Including multi region validation coverage corpus both graceful and non-graceful multi region scenario coverage. Chaos integration, .NET workload, client telemetry on-boarding.
- Cloud native workloads: Representative workloads on cloud native platforms (K8, AppServices) with observability (AI, Client-Telemetry) integrated E2E. Chaos integration (CPU/memory eater, NW chaos)
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with .NET Framework (C#) or Java
- Customer support/interaction experience (CX) + Strong troubleshooting
- Experience in at least one of the test frameworks (xUnit, nUnit, MSTest)
- Excellent knowledge of PowerShell/Batch scripts, YAML
- Experience with dashboards/monitoring (Grafana, Kusto)
- Experience with networking
- Experience with performance benchmarking
- Experience with writing perf, stress, load tests
- Experience with Azure DevOps/Pipelines
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Azure is a plus
- Good written and spoken communication in English
