We are looking for a backend developer who will take on the work of a website that includes business logic and interaction with AI backends. The AI backends themselves are not part of the responsibility, but there will be opportunities to work with the OpenAI API.
The backend is written using Symfony, so knowledge of it or Laravel is a mandatory requirement. The site operates on AWS Lambda and uses AWS DynamoDB as the primary database, but if you have no experience with them, we will teach you. The entire infrastructure is located on AWS: SQS, Kinesis, Cloudwatch, ECS, Opensearch, etc.
There are no other backend developers in the team, but we organize the transfer of knowledge, code, and provide ongoing support.
Tasks
- Take over the development of the backend and make changes to the code of existing systems, as well as build new ones.
- Interact with both product and engineering managers.
Conditions
- Full-time, flexible schedule, remote work.
- ā¬2,000ā3,500 gross per month
- Salary paid in $/ā¬ via SWIFT transfer.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of development experience.
- Practical experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications.
- Experience with PHP, REST API, cache, queues, nosql.
- Availability between 10:00 to 14:00 CET (to interact with the team).
- Self-management skills: independence, ability to manage your own time, and a high level of business awareness.
