BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We are looking for an Art Director specialising in photo production for advertising campaigns — specifically someone who has directed people-focused photo shoots to create high-converting promotional creatives. This is a photography-focused role; video and fashion photo production experience are not required and not the focus of this role. We are looking for someone with a background in advertising or marketing photo campaigns featuring real people in realistic, relatable settings.

What you'll do

• Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists;
• Lead the creative direction for large-scale photo productions that capture the excitement of the iGaming world, ensuring all imagery resonates with a diverse global audience;
• Lead the implementation of AI-driven tools into the production workflow to enhance conceptualization, background generation, or asset optimization;
• Helping create all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product;
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed;
• Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness;
• Quality control, identifying work process improvements;
• Be a role model for the team and create a healthy and positive vibe.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of industry experience working with creative teams within a studio, preferably in photo production and advertising visuals;
• A proven track record in professional photo/visual production is essential; specifically, we are looking for an Art Director experienced in creating advertising campaigns centered around people-focused scenes;
• Oversee the creation of "staged fantasies"—scripting and directing complex, story-driven visual scenes that blend reality with imaginative concepts;
• High-End Retouching Oversight: Provide expert direction on retouching to ensure a polished, premium look while maintaining a "realistic" rather than "over-photoshopped" aesthetic;
• Expertise in directing human subjects in lifestyle or narrative contexts that avoid "high-fashion" tropes, focusing instead on realistic, relatable, yet cinematic portrayals;
• Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of graphic design production;
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists and graphic designers;
• Attention to visual details;
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team;
• Advanced level of English.
