Art Director for Mobile Games Ads (Project Based)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Leading visual execution of high-performing UA assets across video, statics, and ASO.
- Briefing and directing Motion Designers and Designers with clear, structured feedback across fast-moving production pipelines.
- Auditing client-provided assets to ensure they meet technical specs and identify how they can be used effectively in creative development.
- Bringing AI tools naturally into your process, whether for ideation, production, or workflow.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience creating high-performing mobile marketing assets with strong visual and conceptual thinking.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams at pace while maintaining quality.
- Comfortable in client-facing situations and confident representing creative decisions.
- Familiar with AI generation tools and how they're evolving.
THE SETUP
Work is project-based, with potential for ongoing collaboration. You'll work closely with our Designers and Creative Producer — fluidly, with a high degree of autonomy.
