Hyperskill is a fast-moving startup that helps people develop essential computer science and AI skills. We’re building a new line of B2B AI bootcamps for companies looking to integrate AI into their workflows — and we’re looking for an AI Engineering Expert to help us make these programs truly practical and impactful.

This is a part-time, flexible, project-based role — perfect to combine with your main job or personal projects.

About the Role

You’ll work with our team to shape AI bootcamps designed for corporate teams — both tech and non-tech. Your role is to make sure what we teach is grounded in reality, not theory. You’ll bring real experience of AI integration into enterprise environments and help turn it into educational content, toolkits, and workflows that people actually use.

You’ll help companies use AI meaningfully — not just for hype, but for actual outcomes. Your input will directly shape what our clients learn, how fast they adopt AI tools, and how confidently they integrate them into production workflows. You’ll make our content credible and useful for real teams solving real problems.

What You’ll Do

• Review and improve pilot B2B AI bootcamps
• Share practical cases of AI adoption in enterprise settings
• Draft toolkits, workflows, and checklists for learners and managers
• Co-create program concepts for new clients
• Provide expert feedback on draft content
• Optionally join live sessions or internal workshops as a guest expert
• Contribute ~5–10 hours/week on a flexible schedule
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in software engineering, automation, or digital transformation
• Solid Python skills for scripting and automation
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and systematically
• Comfortable with async communication in distributed teams
• Familiarity with enterprise environments and constraints
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (GPT, Claude, OpenAI API, etc.) into corporate workflows
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LangChain, HuggingFace, agentic frameworks
• Mentoring or teaching experience
• Curiosity about emerging AI tools and automation trends
