Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the current AI pipeline and track its metrics
• Together with methodologists, determine new metrics for AI solutions and build dashboards to track these metrics
• Transform team goals and objectives into working systems: create and test prototypes, analyze results
• Improve the architecture and upgrade technical AI solutions

Requirements:

• Experience as a Backend Developer / ML Engineer / AI Engineer or other Software Developer role, but with advanced Python experience
• Experience in implementing RAG, setting up multi-agent networks (in commercial experience or for yourself, but with real users in the project) and experience with different LLMs
