We’re launching a new AI division and are looking for an AI Automation Engineer who can help us build AI agents, orchestrate their collaboration, and transform chaotic workflows into well-structured systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing end-to-end AI workflows with multiple agents (e.g., trend scanner → copywriter → editor → publisher → validator)
- Using automation and orchestration tools: n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, Flowise
- Integrating LLM APIs: OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Perplexity, Llama
- Optimizing AI pipelines: selecting the right model for the task (“Claude for analysis, GPT for creativity”), minimizing costs, and improving quality
- Working with multimodal inputs: text, image, video, audio
- Testing and implementing new AI tools: Lovable, Rask, Synthesia, Cursor, Raws, and more
- Packaging AI agents into product-ready solutions (e.g., building a Copilot assistant tailored to a client’s needs)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building automations with n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Ability to design complex workflows (min. 3–4 steps with logic and validation)
- Understanding the differences between models (e.g., when to use GPT-4 vs. Llama 3)
- Product thinking: solving business problems, not just writing scripts
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore new tools and technologies
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Self-motivation, responsibility, and a team-first mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering
- Familiarity with data infrastructure: Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Supabase
- Understanding of marketing and generative content workflows
