Who are you?
We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative video editor who can produce top-quality videos in a short amount of time. This person will be responsible for creating engaging ad videos across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is up-to-date with the latest trends, understands what makes content perform, and knows how to test different hooks, styles, and formats to find what works best. They should have experience with app ads, excellent design and editing skills, and be both fast and reliable when it comes to delivering on deadlines. We're looking for someone adaptable, responsible, open to feedback and full of fresh, creative ideas — someone who can take initiative, work independently, and help us scale fast with content that truly stands out.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing production of videos, mainly ad creatives
- Continuously test different styles, hooks, and formats to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with trends
- Adapt videos for different platforms and placements (stories, feeds, etc.)
- Not only execute on briefs, but also bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table
Requirements:
- Proficiency in video editing software (Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong design sense
- A genuine love for dogs
- Solid understanding of social media trends and viral content formats
- Ability to create ads for different placements and platforms
- Ability to maintain a high-productivity cycle by producing one new creative every 1–2 days

- Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM (Israel time)
