Right now, we’re on the hunt for an Account Director with solid experience in tech communications to lead bold campaigns, build strong client partnerships, and guide a talented, cross-functional team.
What you’ll do
- Own the strategic development and execution of integrated communications programs for tech clients (B2B focus, AI and cybersecurity topics)
- Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong, trust-based client relationships
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery and team performance across PR, SMM, and content verticals
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure timelines, quality, and KPIs are consistently met
- Review campaign performance against strategic objectives and KPIs
- Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to clients and internal teams
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in communications roles, including agency-side experience managing IT/tech clients
- Track record of delivering strategic communication programs with measurable business impact
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple complex projects
- Deep understanding of the global media landscape — especially tech and business publications
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level), confident in client presentations
- Sharp strategic thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative in a remote-first environment
